Refund-Policy

    Customer’s satisfaction is our top priority and we are confident that you will be pleased with our services. In unavoidable circumstances, if you think we did not prove to be promising with our services, you can cancel your suscription Within 6 months and we will give you your subscription vallue including GST as refund without any deductions.

    Do not hesitate to contact us, it is the fastest way to surrender your subscription.You can Surrender your Subscription.For doing surrender you have to go your profile manu>Click on "Surrender" and fillup required form.

    Reason of Surrendering is Optional but We wish you have to write your reason which will helping us for upgrade our self. We reserve the right to decide whether the reason is valid or not.

    If you cancel after use of 6 months of our services, you will get proportianate refund of subscription value excluding GST and 6 months’ time will be calculated from date of activation of the account.

    You can doing your plan Upgrade or degrade at any time and also you can change your payment mode at any time.It is One of the most powerful facilities, out of our all facilities.

    If any difference amout payable to you when Upgrade or degrade or changeing mode, It will be paid within 7 days working hours including GST. New GST Bill and/or Credit Note will be raised which will be sent you by youe e-mail imidietly

    During Plan Upgrade or degrade Process, If Any Amount will be recievable, Plan Upgrade or degrade Process will be complited after payment complition of due amt

    During Payment Mode changes Process, If Any Amount will be recievable, Payment Mode changes Process will be complited after payment complition of due amt

    However, there are certain things which are not possible to give refund for and which are:

    2) Personally Sub-Domain

    3) Domain Theme Purchase

    4) Additional Client Mobile Application purchase

    5) Additional Agent Mobile Application

    6) Additional Web Admin Login purchase

    7) Additional SMS pack purchase

    8) Additional WhatsApp Message Pack Purchase.

    9) Additional purchase or other add on Service.

Reach Assuree does this well. Most refunds are process within 7 working days but it can take up to 30 working days in unavoidable circumstances. We will contact you via email as soon as we have processed your refund.

Surrender-Policy

    Client can surrender his subscription at any time

    Client can optionaly gives the reason for surrender. It is not forcefully.

    Client can not cliame on us for his data keeping after surrender Date.

    We will keep his data for 1 year only. Data will be Auto Delated after 1 Year. It is our optional policy.

    If client will come with us before 1 year we will give his previous data to him.

    We are keeping your data as End-to-End encrypted Backup data.

    After 1 yr client will be treated as new client. He have to register his subscription as new client. Previous data he have to lost.

    All Surrender conditions will be intimate by alerts message , SMS ,E-Mail & Whats app to client when client aply for surrender of his subscription.It is our optional Policy.

    Client have to follow the process of surrender priscribed by us.

    If client wish to surrender his subscription, then go to profile manu > there is surrender option. click On the surrender. fillup priscribed form.

    Your Refund will be paid as per our "Refund policy". Go to Legal Page for to read Refund Policy.

    Client can not claim for refund of if any balance of Any other Products purchased by client during Subscription axcept subscription balance.. Like SMS Balance, Theme Balance etc.

Revival Policy

    If client not renewed his subscription before due date or on due date or during grace period or who has surrendered his subscriptions will be described as " breacked subscription."

    We will keep his data for 1 year only.Data will be Auto Delated after 1 Year.It is our optional policy.

    Client can not claim for his data after breacked date.

    We are keeping your data as End-to-End encrypted Backup data.

    After 1 year client will be treated as new client. His Previous data he have to lost.

    Client have to follow the process of Revival priscibed by us.

    Client have to noticed for these all conditions when client not renew his suscription on due date or during grace period.
